＊礼拝後にミニ・バザーを行ないます。今回は外部の方を招かずに行ないます。献品してくださいました方に心より感謝いたします。今回の収益はすべて教会の宣教のために用いられます。
＊次週（22日）に大掃除とクリスマスの飾りつけを行ないます。お時間のある方はご協力ください。29日より待降節（アドヴェント）に入ります。共にクリスマスを迎える用意をいたしましょう。
＊次週、橫井牧師は信州中野教会の特別伝道礼拝の説教者として奉仕するため出張いたします。そのため当教会の礼拝は愛和病院チャプレンの森下耕先生にしていただきます。おぼえてご出席ください。
＊教会通信「ぶどうの木」を発行したいと思います。クリスマスの思い出など、ご自由にご投稿ください。締め切り日は12月6日です。編集委員会までお願いします。

☆御言葉の恵み☆
「悔い改め」とは神様の方に向きを変えることである。何度悔やんでも、そしてそれを何度忘れようと努めても、人間は自分で生まれ変わるわけではない。自分を越えた神に出会わない限り、人間に新しい出発はない。洗礼とは自分を神様に明け渡すことである。自分を神様に明け渡すときに神様が私たちを新たにしてくださる。
洗礼者ヨハネはファリサイ派や律法学者の人たちに「神はこんな石からでも、アブラハムの子たちを造り出すことがおできになる。」と言った。ヨハネは「石」のような無価値な存在から神様は「アブラハムの子」つまり祝福された神の民に造り出されるのである。洗礼者ヨハネは自分の後に来られる救い主キリストが「聖霊と火によって洗礼を授けられる」と証しした。「火」とは裁きの火である。しかし、キリストはご自身をその裁きの火に投げ入れられた。主の十字架が私たちの新生の根拠である。
